2. Object
This contract regulates the terms and conditions applicable to the Student's contracting of the Center's training services by enrolling in the training activity selected by the Student from among those offered on the Website.
These conditions are formulated and governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, " TRLGDCU "); Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract; the LSSICE; the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter " GDPR ") and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter " LOPDGDD ").
3. Description of products and services
3.1. The Website offers different types of training programs (" Courses "; " Experts ", " Masters ", among others) taught both in " distance " and " online " modes (hereinafter, "the programs " or " the training action ").
3.2. Distance learning programs require students to be provided with teaching materials (usually books, exercise books, and paper-based assessment tests) to facilitate their study and the development of the enrolled training program. Students must send the assessment tests set for each case by mail to the Center. Online learning materials will be available in digital format through an online platform from which students can complete their studies and progress, completing each of the available practical activities and completing the assessment tests.
3.3. Students will have access to a tutoring service provided by the Center's professors, whose activities will focus on resolving their academic queries; providing guidance in their studies; correcting their practical exercises or other types of assessment tests; and providing them with any additional study materials they deem appropriate during the training period. The Center will primarily communicate with professors through the virtual campus; telephone; email; and other channels available for this purpose. If a training program does not include the tutoring service described above, this will be expressly indicated in the training program's information sheet available on the Center's website.
The individual information sheet for each training activity contains the following information:
- Mode of delivery;
- Price;
- Possibility of Physical materials;
- Delivery deadlines;
- Curriculum and,
- Other characteristics or aspects to be taken into account by the student.
3.4. Upon completion of the training program, and if the corresponding assessment tests are passed, the student will obtain a degree issued by the Center. Some of our training programs are supported or collaborated with third parties (universities, business schools, etc.) and, therefore, additional requirements may apply to obtain them, such as the number of accesses to the content; completion of a certain number of study hours; passing various assessments with a specific grade, etc. In any case, both the information on the Website for each training program and the information provided by the Center's instructors will be made available to the student at all times, as well as any specific deadlines for completing the training programs.
3.5. Professors are solely responsible and competent to assess the passing or failing grades of the various tests and projects submitted by students. Under no circumstances will payment for the training entail the mandatory issuance and subsequent delivery of the relevant qualification, as this is subject to compliance with all the requirements previously communicated by the professors.
Within the framework of our training activities, it is imperative to guarantee the academic integrity and authenticity of the projects submitted by our students. To this end, our training activities have an anti-plagiarism policy designed to safeguard intellectual honesty and promote an ethical educational environment.
This policy implies that all activities and projects submitted by students may be subject to exhaustive verification measures to ensure their originality. These measures may include, but are not limited to, the use of advanced plagiarism detection tools; expert review of manuals; comparison with relevant reference sources, among other tools established by the Center. The results of this review will be communicated to the student. If the plagiarism rate is equal to or greater than 25.00%, the submitted project will be failed.
3.6. The Final Projects or Works required to pass certain training actions are not subject to a maximum correction period by the teachers and, therefore, taking into account their skills and level of dedication and excellence in their work, they enjoy total independence and freedom at an academic and professional level, being able to dedicate the necessary and indispensable time that allows them to guarantee originality, coherence and any other attributes that a Project of such magnitude must have.
3.7. The Center will inform the student of the maximum period available to complete the training course in which he or she has enrolled.
Once the corresponding period has ended, the student will be granted a free extension (teaching staff will inform the student whether or not they have a free extension) starting from the scheduled completion date. After this period has elapsed without having met the requirements communicated by the Center's staff, the training program will be deemed concluded. The student will not have the right to request the issuance of the corresponding qualification. The student will retain access to the online campus in strictly consultation mode, with no possibility of making progress or submitting tutorials.
Likewise, it will be a prior and essential requirement for the completion of the training actions taken, as well as for the issuance and sending of your qualification, to have passed the minimum training period, this being ONE (1) day for every EIGHT (8) hours of duration of the training action taken.
The approximate timeframe for issuing the corresponding degree is between FOUR (4) and SIX (6) months from the formal completion date. This period is established in order to carry out a meticulous issuance process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the document. Official qualifications issued by educational institutions are subject to specific issuance deadlines, which the student must consult with the center.
3.8. The student accepts that the aforementioned deadline may be extended due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure. If the student requires additional information or has questions about the status of the application, they are encouraged to contact the Student Services Department.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, students will have a maximum period of time to complete the training program for which they have enrolled. After this period has elapsed without completing the final assessment tests, the training program will be considered concluded without issuing a qualification. In such cases, students may request an extension of their enrollment fee for an additional period of the same duration as the initial duration established for the training program, with the possibility of completing the assessments and obtaining the accredited qualification.
The costs inherent to the extension of the registration are the following:
|
Training Action |
Expansion Cost |
|
Courses/Experts/Higher Courses/Postgraduate |
85.00€ |
|
Master's degree |
495.00€ |
If the cost of a registration formalized by a student is less than €85.00 or €495.00, as established in the table above, the cost for extending the enrolled training course will be the same as the amount initially paid by the student for their registration.
*The Training Actions taken through the Continuing education for workers and companies , NO They include a free additional extension . Once the maximum period set by the Center has ended without having met the requirements inherent to such training programs, the student may extend the period of their training action by paying the academic fee communicated by the Center.
3.9. The Center reserves the right to cancel a student's enrollment, without the right to obtain a refund and/or cancel outstanding fees, in the event of obscene comments; disrespect toward the Center's teachers or staff; violating the intellectual property of the Center's content, as well as any other incidents that could damage the Center's image.
3.10. Policy for Issuing Duplicate Degrees and Other Academic Certificates
Once the student has successfully passed all the academic requirements set by the Center and those indicated by the professors, he/she may request the issuance of the corresponding academic documentation.
This documentation will include the personal information contained in the identity document with which the student identified himself/herself at the Center, without the possibility of making adjustments or modifications to this data.
Apostilles, certified copies, or other procedures requested by students for qualifications or other academic documents are subject to special deadlines set by third parties outside the Center and, therefore, will be communicated to the student in advance by Center staff. Under no circumstances can the Center be held responsible if the deadlines initially communicated to the student are exceeded.
For further clarification, the fee policy that the student must assume for the request and issuance of academic documents is attached:

- Before making a purchase or order, the user can ask any questions about it free of charge using the chat service, the information form, by contacting us by phone or through the email address listed in the " Contact " section of the Website, after previously accepting our Privacy Policy.
- If you have decided to register directly through the Website, you must complete the fields marked as " mandatory " on the corresponding form. You must select the payment method and enter the required information for your chosen payment method. You must also select the option to split the payment, if desired. For more information, please consult the " Payment Methods " section of these terms and conditions.
- To complete the purchase process, the student must check the " I accept the General Enrollment Conditions " box linked to this text. By checking this box, the student expressly declares that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of the contract, accepting them without reservation. The contract will be formalized upon receipt of the application by the Center.
- Upon completion of the process, the Center will send an acknowledgment of receipt by email or other equivalent electronic means. A training technician from the Center will contact the student by phone, and if this is not possible, by email, to confirm all personal information for registration, payment methods, and the delivery of materials, if applicable.
Throughout the purchasing process, students can resolve any questions using the contact information on our website. Using these channels to process orders will not incur any additional costs.
- Once enrolled, the student will access an intranet called " MYLXP " where they can consult the list of training courses enrolled in and where they can consult the general conditions accepted by the student so that they are always available for review.
- If the registered training action is carried out with the training credit available to the Student's employer, that is, through " Continuing Education for workers and companies ", it must be carried out through the virtual campus of the European Institute of Business Studies, SAU regardless of the entity belonging to Educa Edtech Group with which the chosen training action was contracted.
5. Shipping
If the training includes physical teaching materials, they will be sent by courier available in the recipient's area within 24 to 48 hours of receiving confirmation of the details, in accordance with the " Purchase Process " section of these terms and conditions.
The price of the products does NOT include VAT, shipping, or home delivery. The rates outside the mainland (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands) will not apply. Please check the shipping conditions for materials beforehand.
Shipments will be sent to the address provided by the student during the registration process. The student is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address information. The delivery time chosen by the student (mornings or afternoons) is a guideline only; delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, the Center will offer the student an alternative if the delivery cannot be made in the requested conditions.
In the event of any delay in the delivery of shipments, the student must contact the Center as soon as possible so that it can offer a solution to the problem. To report this type of incident, the student must use any of the contact methods listed in these terms and conditions.
Any materials that may be included in the registered training program (teaching manuals, briefcases, backpacks, pens, tablets, etc.) will be charged at the cost indicated on the registered training program information sheet.
6. Withdrawal
In accordance with article 102 TRLGDCU, the Student may exercise his/her RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL within a period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the teaching materials for training actions in " distance " mode or from the date of receipt of the access credentials to the virtual campus in the " online " mode. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, it being sufficient for the Student to communicate to the Center his/her will within the period indicated above, indicating his/her name, full address and, if available, his/her telephone number and email address; by sending the withdrawal form available on the website or requesting it directly from the Center to, subsequently, send it by email to the Center indicated in clause 17 of these general conditions; or by returning the teaching materials received, indicating in the shipment your unequivocal declaration of withdrawal and identifying the invoice number or personal data used in the registration.
When teaching materials have been delivered, the student must return them in perfect condition. The return costs, as well as any damage to said materials, will be borne by the student, as established in art. 108 of the TRLGDCU.
7. Complementary services
As an additional service to the training program enrolled, the Center offers students a national internship program (in Spain; consult the Center for other countries) to enhance their academic training and facilitate job placement and the acquisition or updating of professional skills. These services will be subject to specific conditions that the student must accept prior to completing them. Under no circumstances will the student be subject to payments or other obligations for services other than those covered by these conditions without their express and prior consent.
The application period for internships is THREE (3) months from the notification of completion for " Courses " training programs or equivalent in duration and number of hours; and SIX (6) months in the case of " Master's " training programs or equivalent in duration and number of hours. In the case of " Master's " programs, the Internship Department will have ONE (1) year to carry out the company search process.
For internships in the " Courses " training programs, the Center will not carry out any activity related to the search for external internships (but it will carry out the document management inherent to the internships) and, therefore, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the student. The search period and start of the internship must coincide with the THREE (3) month deadline set for the application for the internship.
The possibility of this type of internship may be limited due to the student's personal or professional situation, specifically, the conditions required by the host organizations, or due to time or geographic availability. However, the Center will make every effort to find an alternative.
This service is complementary, and under no circumstances can it be understood that the entire Center's training catalog directly includes this option for students. Therefore, the Center's staff will be responsible for informing students about this option.
In any case, in order for the student to request the service referred to in this clause from the Center, he/she must have paid at least 60.00% of the total tuition fee and have exceeded 60.00% of the progress in the training course taken.
7.1. Internship Rejection Policy
The Student may reject a maximum of TWO (2) companies where he/she will carry out his/her internship.
The following will not be valid reasons for rejecting the internship:
- Failure to obtain financial aid;
- The impossibility of joining the company where the internship will be carried out and,
- Any other situations that are not due to force majeure.
8. Economic Conditions
The price of each training activity is shown in the individual details available on the Website without the need to provide any information, register, or enroll in advance. This price includes all applicable taxes and shipping costs and is the total amount payable by the Student. When offered for each training activity, the total price may be paid in installments if the Student requests it when selecting the " payment method ." A window will appear with the payment options, depending on the total amount and the payment method.
The fractionation will not entail, Unless otherwise indicated , the assumption of interest or additional costs for the Student.
Payment installments give you the option to choose the payment option that best suits you from our available payment options. As a Center subscriber, you will be charged once a month on the day you subscribe, until the selected installments are met.
Once the FOURTEEN (14) days provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal have elapsed, both the Student and the person who undertakes to pay, that is, if such condition falls on a third person, both are jointly and severally obliged to pay the full amount of the contracted training action.
If a student fails to pay a fee, the Center is authorized to collect the entire amount owed, both past due and outstanding. Furthermore, any bank or administrative fees that may arise from the failure to comply with the payment obligation will be included in the fee. These fees will be borne by the obligated parties.
The mere fact of not paying the registration fee or any of the installments agreed upon with the Center or the financial institutions chosen during the registration process, according to the due dates established for each payment method, may result in the temporary suspension of the student's access to the educational content and, if applicable, the cancellation of the registration and any effects it may have produced, without the right to a refund.
By accepting these Conditions, the Student is obliged to pay the full price of his/her registration, regardless of whether he/she has decided to abandon the training activity during the periods of delivery.

If the student chooses to pay for the training program contracted with the Center through any of the financial institutions available on its website as "payment methods," the issuance of the certificate will, in all cases, be subject to the student's full payment of the fees agreed upon with the chosen financial institution.
The user agrees that all personal data will be transferred in full to Aplazame, Sequra, or the financial institution offered on the website from the moment the user initiates the deferred payment service offered by the latter when choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third-party entities that may need access to the files for the successful completion of the contract.
8.3. Payment methods
To proceed with payment, the student must follow each and every one of the instructions shown during the contracting process described above.
All payment methods provided by the Center are subject to verification and authorization by the payment method issuing entities (card issuers and/or payment account issuers). However, if said entity does not authorize the payment, the purchase process initiated cannot continue, the purchase and/or order will be automatically canceled, and the contract for the requested service will be deemed not to have been completed.
The price of the services, shipping costs (if applicable), and any applicable taxes will only be charged at the time the contract is formalized, unless the Center informs us otherwise.
To process electronic payments, the Center has installed an e-commerce payment gateway provided by authorized financial institutions. All data provided to the Center is duly encrypted to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, and is hosted on a secure server certified according to the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Under no circumstances will the Center store the card details provided by the student through the payment gateway. They will only be retained while the purchase is being made, payment is being made, and until the withdrawal period has elapsed, in order to be able to return the corresponding amounts.
The financing terms will correspond to those agreed upon by the student with the financial institutions they selected during the enrollment process and the signing of the financing contract.
8.4. Default in Payment
In the event of non-compliance by the payer under these Terms and Conditions, and this section being applicable to deferred payments, the payer shall be liable not only for the payment of the principal amount owed, but also for any applicable late payment interest.
If, after notification of non-payment by the Center, the party obligated to pay does not receive a satisfactory response, the party will be required to pay the amount owed within a maximum period of SEVEN (07) calendar days. If this period is not met, the following actions may be initiated:
- The adoption of appropriate legal measures for debt collection.
- The invoicing of expenses arising from the collection process, which must be fully borne by the party obliged to pay, in accordance with current legislation.
Likewise, the payer will have the opportunity to contact the accounting department to explore reconciliation options and avoid accruing interest and additional costs.

Any use or service not expressly authorized in these Conditions must be requested by the Student to the Center, so that it can study a possible extension of the license or contracting new services, under the conditions agreed upon by the parties.

- The remedy is impossible or disproportionate.
- The Center has not brought the goods into compliance.
- When a new non-compliance appears after the Center's attempt to bring the digital content or services into compliance.

For his/her part, the Student:
- You will not use the contents or make them available to third parties.
