TERMS OF USE - INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ENTITY
This digital platform (referred to as the "Website" or "Platform") is the exclusive property of EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC, a limited liability company organized under Chapter 605 of the Florida Statutes, doing business under the registered trade name INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI.

2. LEGAL NATURE OF THE DOCUMENT
This instrument constitutes the mandatory legal notice established in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, which bindingly governs the conditions of access, navigation and use of the Website. Simply browsing the Website implies knowledge and complete and unconditional acceptance of these legal conditions.
3. OBJECT AND PURPOSE
The purpose of the Platform is to provide higher education services, including the dissemination of academic information, admission procedures, digital educational resources and institutional communications.
4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
4.1 License of use
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Website, exclusively for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes.
4.2 Express prohibitions
The following constitute violations of this notice, without limitation:
- The use of the Website for illicit purposes or contrary to public order.
- The introduction or spread of computer viruses or malicious code.
- Unauthorized access attempts to systems, servers or networks.
- The violation of security or authentication measures.
- The reproduction, distribution or public communication of content without authorization.
- Unauthorized commercial use of information or services.
- Identity theft or providing false information.
4.3 User Responsibilities
The user agrees to use the Website in a lawful and responsible manner, in compliance with applicable law and these terms. The user assumes the following responsibilities:
- Proper use of the platform: Use the Platform exclusively for academic and personal purposes, refraining from any activity that could damage, overload, disable or interfere with the service.
- Veracity of the information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and throughout the use of your account.
- Account Security: Maintain the strict confidentiality of your access credentials (username and password) and immediately notify the University of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account. The user will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under his or her account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- Code of conduct: Respect other users and the academic community. Harassment, the use of offensive language or the publication of content that is inappropriate or infringes the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Ownership
All elements that make up the Website, including graphic design, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, trade names, texts, images and any other element susceptible to protection, are the exclusive property of EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC or third parties that have authorized their use.
5.2 Legal protection
Such items are protected by federal intellectual property provisions contained in Title 17 of the United States Code, applicable state regulations, and international treaties signed by the United States of America.
5.3 User limitations
Total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, by any means or procedure, of the protected elements is expressly prohibited, except with the express written consent of the owner.
6. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the Platform are for informational purposes only. The owner does not exercise any control over these sites and is not responsible for their content, operation or the consequences of their use.
7. MODIFICATIONS OF THE TERMS
The University reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Modifications will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the Website. A modification will be considered "substantial" if it significantly alters the rights or obligations of the user or the services offered by the University.
Notification of substantial changes: In the event of material changes, the University will notify users by one of the following means: posting a prominent notice on the Website with the effective date of the changes, or sending an email notification to the user's registered address.
Acceptance of modifications: Your continued use of the Website after the posting of changes will constitute tacit acceptance of the new terms. If the user does not agree with the changes, their only recourse is to stop using the service and request deletion of their account.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
8.1 Reasonable commercial efforts
We are committed to maintaining the availability of the Website using commercially reasonable efforts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8.2 Maintenance
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical improvements.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Applicable law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States of America, without application of conflict of law rules.
9.2 Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any controversy that may arise from the interpretation, application or compliance of this instrument, the parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Miami-Dade County, State of Florida.
9.3 Waiver of jury trial
Pursuant to Rule 1.430 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties expressly waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising under this instrument.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1 Partial nullity
The declaration of nullity or inapplicability of any clause will not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions, which will maintain their effectiveness and validity.
10.2 Complete Agreement
This legal notice constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Website.
10.3 Notifications
Communications addressed to the owner must be made in writing to the address indicated in the first section of this instrument or by email to info@unimiami.university.
11. DATE OF ENTRY INTO EFFECT
This Legal Notice comes into force on the date of its publication and will remain in force until it is modified or replaced by a subsequent instrument.
