TERMS OF USE - INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ENTITY
This digital platform (referred to as the "Website" or "Platform") is the exclusive property of EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC, a limited liability company organized under Chapter 605 of the Florida Statutes, operating under the registered trade name INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI1.

2. LEGAL NATURE OF THE DOCUMENT
This instrument constitutes the mandatory legal notice established in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, which governs the conditions of access, navigation, and use of the Website13. Simply browsing the Website implies knowledge and full and unconditional acceptance of these legal conditions14.
3. OBJECT AND PURPOSE
The purpose of the Platform is to provide higher education services, including the dissemination of academic information, admission procedures, digital educational resources and institutional communications.15
4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
4.1 License of use
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Website, exclusively for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes16.
4.2 Express prohibitions
The following constitute violations of this notice, without limitation:
- Use of the Website for illegal purposes or contrary to public order17.
- The introduction or dissemination of computer viruses or malicious codes18.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers or networks19.
- Violation of security or authentication measures20.
- Reproduction, distribution or public communication of content without authorization21.
- Unauthorized commercial use of information or services22.
- Identity theft or providing false information23.
4.3 User Responsibilities
The User agrees to use the Website lawfully and responsibly, in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. 24 The User assumes the following responsibilities:
- Proper use of the platform: Use the Platform exclusively for academic and personal purposes, refraining from any activity that may damage, overload, disable or interfere with the service25.
- Accuracy of information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and throughout the use of your account26.
- Account Security: Maintain the strict confidentiality of your access credentials (username and password) and immediately notify the University of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account. 27 You will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- Code of Conduct: Respect other users and the academic community29. Harassment, the use of offensive language, or the posting of inappropriate content or content that infringes the rights of others is strictly prohibited30.
5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Ownership
All elements comprising the Website, including the graphic design, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, trade names, texts, images and any other element susceptible to protection, are the exclusive property of EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC or third parties who have authorized their use31.
5.2 Legal protection
These elements are protected by federal intellectual property provisions contained in Title 17 of the United States Code, corresponding state provisions, and international treaties signed by the United States of America32.
5.3 User Limitations
The total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, by any means or procedure, of the protected elements is expressly prohibited, except with the express written consent of the owner33.
6. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
Any links to third-party websites that may appear on the Platform are for informational purposes only.34 The owner has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content, operation, or the consequences of their use.35
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
The University reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. 36 Modifications will become effective as soon as they are posted on the Website. 37 A modification will be considered "material" if it significantly alters the rights or obligations of the user or the services offered by the University.
Notification of Substantial Changes: In the event of substantial changes, the University will notify users through one of the following means: posting a prominent notice on the Website with the effective date of the changes39, or sending an email notification to the user's registered address40.
Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the Website after the posting of changes will constitute tacit acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the service and request the deletion of your account.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
8.1 Reasonable commercial efforts
We are committed to maintaining the availability of the Website using reasonable commercial efforts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8.2 Maintenance
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical improvements.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Applicable law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules.
9.2 Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation, application or compliance with this instrument, the parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Miami-Dade County, State of Florida.
9.3 Waiver of Jury Trial
Pursuant to Rule 1.430 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties expressly waive the right to a jury trial for any controversy arising out of this instrument.47
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1 Partial nullity
The declaration of nullity or inapplicability of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall retain their effectiveness and validity.
10.2 Entire Agreement
This legal notice constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Website49.
10.3 Notifications
Communications to the owner must be made in writing to the address indicated in the first section of this instrument or by email to info@unimiami.university50.
11. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Legal Notice enters into force on the date of its publication and will remain in force until modified or replaced by a subsequent instrument51.
